1. No Unreasonable Refunds or Returns
We do not accept refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong measurements, or unsuitable design after delivery.
All items are checked and packed securely before shipment to ensure they are in good condition.
2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please follow these steps:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
- Email us at klbrotherpuchong@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will coordinate with the courier company and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Note: Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
- For custom-made items or special orders, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances after confirmation.
4. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during delivery, and evidence was submitted within the allowed timeframe.
- The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
Once approved, refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.
