1. Delivery Coverage
- We offer nationwide delivery within Malaysia, and we also ship internationally.
- For overseas orders, shipping fees, import duties, and taxes (if any) will be borne by the customer.

2. Handling of Fragile Items
Mirrors and glass items are fragile. All such items will be carefully packed with protective materials to prevent breakage during transportation.
3. Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged item, especially broken glass or mirror:
- Please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

4. Processing & Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days.
